The Smithfield Apartment, Belfast's Cathedral Quarter

Toppenläge, prisvärt men bristfällig städning Positive: Toppenläge nära till allt. Bra restauranger och pubar i närheten. Lugnt (ej lyhört) mellan lägenheterna, trots beläget i ett äldre hus. Duschen var bra. Negative: Städningen kunde varit bättre, det första vi såg var fläckiga madrasser och filtar, och vi hittade en del hårstrån i sängen. Tallrikar, stekpannor och bestick var smutsiga i skåpet. Hade varit bra med någon mindre kastrull (fanns bara en stor). Konstigt med dörrstängare på typ alla dörrar, hade varit bra med kilar så man kan ställa upp dem och vädra.

Beautiful 1 bedroom flat Positive: Close to shops and array of bars. Walking distance to centre. Spacious, bright accommodation. Comfortable, good kitchen, tv, well set out. Negative: Lift wasnt working, so a hike for my 88 yr old dad to climb stairs. Walls very thin, noisy neighbours partying till 0400 was not fun! Noisy outside after pubs close.

Positive: Fantastic apartment, is a nice place to work from our even have a meeting. Negative: It's a small moan, didn't reflect it in my review. You see the lift doesn't work and I had the struggle up to the 2nd floor with my luggage etc. Not a problem for most but 8 have a heart and respiratory condition, but I mentioned it to the Owners and they said they can accommodate me on the 1st floor on future that's only 1 flight of see stairs, so that's great as I travel for business a couple of times each month.

Positive: Gorgeous central apartments! Really spacious and modern. Staff were great and so accommodating also! Thanks
