Positive: Fantastic apartment, is a nice place to work from our even have a meeting.
Negative: It's a small moan, didn't reflect it in my review. You see the lift doesn't work and I had the struggle up to the 2nd floor with my luggage etc.
Not a problem for most but 8 have a heart and respiratory condition, but I mentioned it to the Owners and they said they can accommodate me on the 1st floor on future that's only 1 flight of see stairs, so that's great as I travel for business a couple of times each month.

Positive: Gorgeous central apartments! Really spacious and modern. Staff were great and so accommodating also! Thanks

Good apartment, needs some refining to make perfect
Positive: Layout is good. Kitchen well stocked and handy. Really appreciated that the basics (tea/coffee/sugar/loo roll/kitchen roll/ hand wash) were provided. Comms were good
Negative: Things are a bit worn/badly finished in places. Loud, squeaky door hinges in bathroom disturbed sleep at night when my son went to the loo.
Noises in the back of the building disturbed sleep at 7a.m.
Crockery/cutlery wasn't well cleaned, which slightly undermined confidence in cleanliness in rest of apartment.
Bedroom smelt of sweaty teenager!

Great Location & Size Apartment
Enjoyed our stay as it’s right in the heart of the Cathedral quarter perfect for exploring and dining/eating out!
Given its location I’m assuming some previous guests maybe haven’t respected the place in the way it should have been as some things are a little worn. For instance the Tv seemed to be faulty and kitchen tap/toilet roll holder loose, the towel rail also had a bit of rusting. The lift wasn’t working when we stayed either.
However, the hosts are helpful and the place was clean, tidy and had plenty of towels and bedding available along with fixed rituals toiletries for use. The option of heating was great for the colder weather and it wasn’t too noisy for the area. I will definitely consider booking again for my next trip to Belfast.
Overall a great location, with responsive hosts, offering nicely designed spacious apartments at a reasonable price that was hard to beat with the other accommodations available! Maybe just needs a little more TLC to maintain its intended standard.

Positive: Very spacious apartment, easy to get in via lockbox. Could have checked in early but as I had a later flight wasn't able to take advantage of this.
Fantastic location in the Cathedral quarter, everything walkable, but still very quiet at night
Very comfy bed with a nice cosy duvet and lots of pillows, I slept really well. Also plenty of towels - and loo roll, which I often find is under-supplied in self catering places!
Didn't have problems with noise from other apartments, heating, hot water etc as other reviews have noted
Negative: Just a few things held this back from being excellent, just a lack of attention to detail really. The lift still isn't working in case anyone is wondering! I was only up 2 floors so it was ok but the listing shouldn't really be saying it has a lift as things stand.
The crockery and glasses in the kitchen were a bit random, unmatched items and some chipped.
Toiletries were provided but only shampoo - no shower gel, and the hand soap was fixed to the wall so impossible to use in the shower instead. There was someone's electric toothbrush in the top of the radiator outside the bathroom that should have been cleaned before I arrived.
There's only a bedside lamp on one side in the bedroom. Some of the lights in the main room didn't work. There's a huge thick rug in the bedroom that makes it hard to open and close the door, I had to keep folding it back.
There's no side table or coffee table in the living area so nowhere to put drink/snacks while watching TV on the sofa. Not a big deal but would have increased comfort.
Oddly, in the arrival instructions there were instructions for turning the boiler back on "in case the previous guests have switched it off" - I would expect whoever is getting the apartment ready to check this! It wasn't a problem for me however, it was nice and warm when I arrived.
